Dr. Leesi Ebenezer Mitee

Koinonia Bible Teaching Centre (KBTC), the Bible Teaching Ministry of Dr. Leesi Ebenezer Mitee, is committed to the unbiased and non-denominational exegetical exposition of Biblical truth, as revealed in The Holy Bible which is the preeminent authority for every teaching, every practice, every principle, and every doctrine in the Church of Jesus Christ worldwide. KBTC notes that denominational biases and dogmas—based on the personal opinions, personal experiences, and idiosyncratic inclinations of men—are a potent threat to the progress and impact of Biblical Christianity worldwide, which is tragic. The Church is in trouble, big trouble, and therefore needs the ministry of genuine Bible Teachers who are not encumbered and influenced by the denominational biases and traditions of men.

Leesi is a Bible Teacher and a Lawyer. He was ordained in 1994 as a Pastor in Logos Ministries and in 1999 as a Bible Teacher in Greater Evangelism World Crusade. He has pastored three Churches and was the pioneer Pastor of the United Kingdom branch of the Ministry of Greater Evangelism World Crusade (with the UK headquarters Church now in London), an international Christian organisation that has Churches in several countries. Dr. Mitee was a Chapel Prefect in charge of the daily morning devotion for staff and students at Saint Pius X College in Nigeria and the Prayer Secretary of the Scripture Union (SU); an Editor of the Compass Magazine of the Christian Union (CU) and President of the Nigeria Fellowship of Evangelical Students (NIFES) of the Rivers State University; and Chairman of the Marriage Committee of Logos Ministries. He served as the Chairman of the Sunday School Board of Greater Evangelism World Crusade and the Editor-in-chief of the annual Sunday School Book for thirteen years, during which more than six hundred weekly Sunday School Lessons on diverse Biblical teachings and doctrines were written, published, and distributed to Churches in different countries. His Bible teaching ministry includes Christian writing and publishing; and speaking at Christian conferences, in Churches, and on higher-education campuses.

Leesi holds a multidisciplinary PhD in international human rights law, legal information technology (aspects of legal informatics), indigenous customary law, and indigenous rights and LLM in transborder comparative analysis of free access to public legal information in the United Kingdom and Nigeria. He is an Associate Professor of Law and a former legal research national consultant to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on the 1998 PCASED project that provided the juridical foundations for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) 1998 Moratorium which culminated in a regional multilateral treaty: ECOWAS Convention on Small Arms and Light Weapons, their Ammunition and other Related Matters 2006. He devised the <.officiallaws) official public legal information generic top-level domain (gTLD) system for easy identification of the reliable versions of the laws published online worldwide (LIDNS); developed the system of nationally networked one-stop official public legal information websites (the NOPLIW system) for the optimal findability and management of online law databases; invented the human rights-based public access-adequate huricompatisation model of ascertainment of indigenous customary law (huricompatisation); formulated the new human rights-advocacy approach (NHRAA) that consists of a set of ten onerous criteria for the formal universal recognition of new human rights and to solve the global problem of human rights inflation; and pioneered the global advocacy of the formal universal recognition of the right of free access to public legal information as a substantive or stand-alone human right in 2017 (https://publiclegalinformation.com).
