Topic: Something New Is About To Happen

MEMORY VERSE
Isaiah 43:19
“Behold, I will do a new thing;”

BIBLE READING
Isaiah 43:18-28

COMMENTARY

Blessed family and friends, Heaven’s dynamics, governed by God’s immutable laws, were designed to fulfil God’s Will, Counsel, and Purposes, irrespective of time, situations, and circumstances. Whether in heaven, on Earth, or in hell God’s word reigns supreme.

In our memory verse today, God says to you, “Behold (See), I will do a new thing.” “Behold, I will do a new thing” means:

  1. Your dark days and midnight tears are over.
  2. Stagnation and retrogression have resigned from your life.
  3. No more service with rigour.
  4. A new you with a new destiny shall emerge.

Note that God is the one who said, “He will do a new thing”. He didn’t say, you will do a new thing. Meaning that, even in your old job, business, career, ministry, etc, He will unleash a revival, turnaround, sudden and unprecedented patronage, anointing, favour, and finances that shall re-invent and redefine you.

The Lord said I should tell You, to be diligent, focused, and committed in whatever you’re doing, and very soon He will advertise and decorate your life tremendously.

Note this:

  1. On the road to destiny, you cannot afford to be sloppy. So being careful to execute any assignment given to you like David, is one of the ways to re-invent a new you.
  2. You need to persist and refuse to give up. Persistence goes hand in hand with perseverance. (Luke 18:1-8).

This is the time to ignore the pessimists and push for imminent glory.

I see you soaring to new and enviable heights this year in Jesus’ Name.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO

  1. Acknowledge that it’s not by might nor by power but by the Holy Spirit. (Zechariah 4:6)
  2. A new beginning starts with Christ so give your life to Him. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
  3. Pursue Excellence.

PRAYERS

I. Thank you, Jesus, for preparing me for your vineyard assignment with fervent zeal.
2. I receive the anointing for a new and great beginning in Jesus’ Name.
3. I bind every spirit of confusion, discouragement, and consternation in Jesus’ Name.
4. Every power assigned to destroy me is destroyed in Jesus’ Name.
5. I shall successfully complete the task which the Lord has given me to do in Jesus’ Name.
6. Every spirit of failure and discouragement, perish in Jesus’ Name.

Please, kindly share this Devotional. Thank you so much. God bless you. Amen!
