MEMORY VERSE
Isaiah 43:4
“Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.”

COMMENTARY
Blessed family and friends, The greatest threat to humanity is the absence of genuine love. People die for love, and many die for lack of it. Your life acquires premium value when your family or someone you really care about tells you from the inner recesses of their hearts, “I love you”.
Most importantly, God loves you so much that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die for your sins. (John 3:16)
In today’s memory verse, God has raised the “love bar.” He says, ‘You’re precious in His sight.’
He promised to sacrifice men for you and people just to preserve your life. (Isaiah 43:4) This is very profound because if God loves you who will hate you? If God be for you, who will be against you (Romans 8:31)
I urge you not only to bask in this love, but to look around you for those people whom you have starved of this essential commodity called LOVE.
When you understand God’s type of love, then you will stop:
- Loving for selfish reasons.
- Loving with conditions and strings attached.
- Loving only those who love you.
May the Love of Christ assail you, overwhelm you, and elevate you in Jesus’ Name.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
- Accept God’s love, which He has lavished on you through the blood of His Son Jesus.
- Refuse to be discouraged no matter the situation.
PRAYERS
- Thank you, Lord, for loving me unconditionally in Jesus’ Name.
- Every power standing between me and my God, perish by fire in Jesus’ Name.
- I refuse to accept the promptings of the enemy against the awesome verdict of Jehovah in Jesus’ Name.
- From today, I shall bask, revel, and rejoice in the love of God in Jesus’ Name.
- I value my life because Jesus values me.
